And the one who brought forth the pastures.
Allah is the one who produced pastures from the earth for grazing for the cattle. Therefore, water and grasses are deserved for all creatures of the Lord, and no one should be prevented from using them. But today, since Fujjar have made their food rejecting Adhikr as told in verse 56:82, they have become more selfish so that they have monopolized all necessary things, including water, grass, and all edible things. Thus, they are forefront of ruining the universe. Actually, it is the duty of those who have read these verses to remind mankind about the aim of life. Since they do not fulfill their responsibility by not utilizing Adhikr themselves, and not giving It to others for utilization, they should be entered into the Hellfire bearing the evil burden of ruining the universe.
